Refund & Exchange Policy
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please choose your items carefully, as we have a very limited return and exchange policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind or mistaken purchases on any of our products.
Jewelry Products
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any of our jewelry items.
Crochet Items
We offer replacements for damaged crochet items within 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at Admin@infiniteartcreations.com.au, and we will resolve the issue by arranging a free replacement due to a manufacturing fault.
